Refund Policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to register your return. Orders returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns step-by-step plan

Step 1:  Contact us at  info@lovehome.tech We will then send you a return form.

Step 2:  Send your order to the return address. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot track the package and therefore cannot properly determine whether the package has actually arrived at the return address.

Step 3:  Receive the purchase amount back on your account. As soon as we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your account within 5 working days.

Please note:  The shipping costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. This is in connection with the pursuit of a shipping process that is as sustainable as possible. In addition, the customer has benefited from free shipping with his or her order.

Since our warehouse is located in United States, the return costs can be high. Please feel free to contact our customer service to find a suitable solution together. We are happy to help you!

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. The cost can vary depending on your location between $15 and $28. We recommend that you send your return with a Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.


Please note; please notify us by email before returning your package to ensure your package is eligible for return.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and offer you an immediate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel your order you can do so as long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at  info@vernella.nl  If your order has already been shipped cancellation is no longer possible, however you can return the package to us immediately upon receipt in exchange for a full refund.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds of payments made via Klarna are processed by us immediately, however it may also take Klarna a few working days to process the refund and update your invoice.

Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Is it defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

Lost package / Returned package?
In case a package is lost or not delivered due to logistic reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Delivery during not at home or at the post office: If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, lovehome.tech has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.
